Scion Cruisin Club - "Show and Shine"

Rules of the Road

First, Have FUN and ENJOY!!

So that EVERYONE will have fun, everything should be done in a manner that is RESPECTFUL and CONSIDERATE of each other. We must also remember that as the club becomes more visible and popular in THERE, all of us must be committed and responsible members, so that we retain current members and attract more prospective members to join the club. We don't want people to run away when someone mentions the club name. The Club's Staff thanks all of you for your help, understanding, cooperation and participation. By doing so you are ensuring that we will become the most "admired" club in THERE.

Therefore,

Do not use the club's member list as a source for "INSTANT" and/or "BLIND" summons to non-established club events.
Violating this rule will result in being IMMEDIATELY removed from the club.

Do not use the club's email feature to SPAM members about anything. Use the club's FORUM area as a source for club realated topics and discussion(s) ONLY.
Violating this rule will result in being IMMEDIATELY removed from the club.

This club supports and will ensure adherence to THERE's Terms Of Service (TOS) Agreement (please read). The TOS include the following areas of importance: Member Agreement, Privacy Policy, Behavior Guidelines, Online Safety Tips for Teens in There, and Customer Support; links to these can be found at the bottom of all pages (i.e. THERE central, auctions etc). Any type of member to member abuse will not be tolerated and includes no "griefing" of "new" members that visit the club and the surrounding areas.
Violations of the There Terms of Service (TOS) should be reported directly to abuse@there.com or use the LIVE HELP system.

Do not drop any THERE DOCUMENTS (i.e. scrolls, advertising brochures, books, coupons, flyers, or scripts) in or around the club area without approval from the Club Leader.

Do not use the club to solicit any goods to include therebucks, rl money, clothes, property that is not welcomed by another member.

Recognize and value the power of "diversity". We have members from around the world and everyone has something to contribute to the club. The club has "zero" tolerance for discriminantion in any form, either written or verbal.

We will be submitting the club's first phase of in world club gear next week . T-shirts will be available to all club members. Also in the works are a "branded" xB and tC Scion, racing outfit, and caps. Your suggestions for any other club gear that you would like to see designed for the club is GREATLY appreciated. A special thanks to DrawBobo who designed this first edition of of t-shirts for the club.

The club staff has been in touch with the There_RealEstate Avie about improving access and technical issues that we encountered during the "Scions In The Park" Show that was held on April 24, 2008, in the There Orleans' Jackson Square Park. We are pleased to announce that because of the HUGE amount of people that attended the event, that the area has now been placed on it's own sector which will GREATLY improve access during further events that will be planned in the future. This is a HUGE WIN for the club and we are very EXCITED about this. The plan is to have at least 1 Scion show per month going forward. Thanks to all of you once again for a very successful event!

The club is now an official affiliate of the THERE Events "Club Scion Party People" . The Club is an AWESOME place to be on Thursday nights for dancing and socializing with members of THERE. It is lots of FUN and is hosted by Greeter_Emma. We invite all members to come on out and have a GREAT time! Click here to sign-up for upcoming events during the month of May. We have posted photos to the club's website of the Scions In The Park Event. Thanks to Anna_Lee0725 and ZachC for the GREAT photos! To view them click the menu option "view event photos".

The Scion Designers Showcase section of the website has been updated with more photos and links to auctions of our valued Scion designers. Thank you designers for all you do to keep us excited about those AWESOME Scion Designs. Also we would like to continue to focus on and grow this area of the website. If anyone knows of a Scion Designer who has not been showcased yet, please tell them about the website and also contact any of the club's staff members, and we will arrange to have photos and links posted for them.
The clubhouse is now a part of the MART (Multiple Access Rapid Teleport) system. Now when you want to visit the clubhouse from anywhere you are in the world, you can do so by simply typing: /mart scionclub and you will be instantly teleported to the front door of the clubhouse. Let's all congratulate and give a round of applause to Anna_Lee0725, who has accepted being the club's Assistant Leader. YAAAAAAY, CLAP, CLAP!!! Anna will be assisting Rosie and me with the administration, advertising, promotion, and planning of the club's various events and activities. She is also the club's "lead" photographer to capture all the funs times that we will have. Also Anna's main focus will be to make sure that all members have the most friendly, and WOW experience as we move forward to become the BEST club in THERE.
